Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Social Media Manager to join our team at Harley-Davidson in Dubai. As a part-time associate level position, you will be responsible for managing all social media platforms and creating engaging content to build and maintain our brand presence online.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Manage all social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create and schedule content for daily posts, stories, and campaigns - Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize social media campaigns - Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build relationships with our online community - Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create visually appealing and cohesive content - Stay up to date on the latest trends in social media and recommend new strategies to reach our target audience - Provide regular reports on social media performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Proven track record of managing successful social media campaigns - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Reliable and driven with a passion for motorcycles and lifestyle brands - Innovative thinker with the ability to generate creative and engaging content - Experience in people management and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
