Social Media Manager

Job Description:

Peabody Energy is seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in social media management. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing all published content on our social media platforms. You will also be in charge of developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities: - Create and schedule engaging social media posts across all platforms - Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly - Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals - Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns - Work with influencers to promote the brand

Requirements: - Confident and independent with strong communication skills - Proficient in project management and presentation skills - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field - Knowledge of social media platforms and their algorithms - Experience with social media management tools - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of driving engagement and growth on social media platforms
