Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Social Media Manager to join our team at American Airlines Group in Dubai, AE. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our social media presence, including planning, content creation, posting, engagement, and analytics.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately, generate leads. - Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. - Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional manner. - Analyze social media data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our campaigns and make data-driven decisions. - Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure consistent messaging across all channels. - Stay current on social media trends and best practices to continuously optimize our strategy and stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. - Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management. - Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts and campaigns. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Driven and resilient personality traits. - Attention to detail and persuasion soft skills. - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
