Social Media Manager

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team at J.C. Penney in Dubai, UAE. As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and ultimately increase sales. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of social media management experience.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create engaging social media content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the success of campaigns and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels - Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices - Manage social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic and conversions - Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely manner

Requirements: - 1+ years of social media management experience - Confident and reliable with excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
