Job Description:
Booz Allen Hamilton Holding is seeking a part-time Remote Social Media Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. The ideal candidate for this Associate level position will have at least 2 years of experience in social media management and possess the personality traits of being dedicated and independent. Additionally, the successful candidate should have soft skills in persuasion and innovation to excel in this role.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create, curate, and manage all published content on various social media platforms - Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance metrics to make data-driven decisions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in social media management - Engage with followers and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner - Stay current on emerging social media platforms and technologies to recommend innovative strategies
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Experience working with remote teams is a plus - Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles - Ability to think creatively and strategically - Must be detail-oriented and highly organized - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
