Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

Franklin Resources is seeking a dedicated and motivated Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, UAE. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in social media management.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement - Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok - Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions - Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to align social media efforts with overall marketing objectives - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in social media management

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in social media management - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to analyze data and draw insights - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
