Job Description - Receptionist - Part Time - UAE National

Due to continuing success and growth of our AESG team, a fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning Specialist Consultancy, Engineering and Advisory Firm.

We are headquartered in London, Singapore, Riyadh and Dubai, working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Job Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Receptionist who is a UAE National to join our Dubai team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional seeking a dynamic role within a growing and ambitious company.

The ideal candidate fits the below profile:

  • UAE National
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
  • 2 years of experience in administrative and travel coordination processes
  • Administrative support and Multitasking
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Time Management and Record-keeping.
  • High attention to details and accuracy under pressure
  • Good time management skills - deadline driven.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area by welcoming guests and visitors warmly, and attending to their inquiries or directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer and screen phone calls in a polite and professional manner, taking messages and transferring calls as needed.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring it reflects our professional standards.
  • Assist in booking meeting rooms for senior management and ensuring they are prepared for meetings.
  • Provide general administrative support to the Operations team and other divisions as required.
  • Process employee requests and provide relevant information or assistance as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining office supplies and inventory.
