Leading Real Estate Company in Dubai looking for retired Civil Engineers passionate to mentor & contribute.

What You'll Do:

1. Mentoring - Guide junior engineers & project teams on cost management, BOQ, estimation & contracts

2. Business Development - Identify new opportunities & build client relationships - Extra incentives for business you bring

3. Represent company in client meetings, tender meetings & industry events

4. Ensure compliance with cost management standards, contracts & UAE regulations

_Must Have:_

- B.E. / http://B.Tech Civil - Mandatory

- 15+ years in Construction with focus on Cost Management

- Strong in BOQ, Estimation, Budgeting, Cost Control, Contract Admin, QS

- Good communication & presentation skills

- Strong network in Dubai real estate & construction - Big plus

- Currently in Dubai & available for flexible part time

- Self-motivated & presentable
