Key Responsibilities:
•Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications specific to marine structures and vessels.
•Material Preparation: Select and prepare the appropriate types and s of marine-grade steel for welding based on project specifications.
•Welding Operations: Perform welding and cutting operations using various processes such as MIG, TIG, and ARC, ensuring precision and adherence to marine welding codes and standards.
•Marine Fabrication: Assemble and fabricate steel components and structures for marine applications, including hulls, decks, and other critical vessel components.
•Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous inspections of welded joints to ensure they meet stringent quality standards and comply with marine industry regulations.
•Collaboration: Work closely with marine engineers, project managers, and other team members to coordinate welding activities, address technical challenges, and ensure project timelines are met.
•Safety Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a secure working environment, preventing accidents during marine welding operations.

Qualifications:
•Proven experience as a Steel Welder with a focus on marine applications.
•Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints specific to marine structures.
•Expertise in various welding processes such as MIG, TIG, and ARC, with a keen understanding of marine welding codes and standards.
