Kinder Morgan is seeking a dedicated and passionate Business Development Associate to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Responsibilities: - Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities - Assist in developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's client base - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through effective communication and networking - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted outreach campaigns - Monitor industry trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve - Prepare presentations and reports for management to track progress and results

Requirements: - Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically - High emotional intelligence and excellent interpersonal skills - A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
