Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Molina Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Associate to join our team on a remote, part-time basis in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to adapt to changing environments and have a high level of confidence in their work.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling - Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to drive sales and revenue growth - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company objectives - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create effective strategies for business expansion - Present business proposals and solutions to clients in a professional and persuasive manner - Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth - Provide feedback and recommendations to senior management on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of successful business development experience - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively - Excellent presentation and communication skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus - Must be fluent in English
