Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

W.W. Grainger is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate on a part-time remote basis in Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities for growth - Assist in developing and implementing strategic business plans to achieve sales targets - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times - Collaborate with the sales team to develop innovative strategies to drive business growth - Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform business development decisions - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our products and services - Assist in preparing proposals and contracts for new business opportunities - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities

Requirements: - Resourceful and hardworking individual with a strong desire to succeed - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
