Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate, working remotely for Sempra Energy in Abu Dhabi. This part-time position is ideal for someone with at least 3 years of experience in business development who is adaptable, hardworking, and possesses strong leadership and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business expansion - Create and deliver sales presentations to potential clients - Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to attract new customers - Track and report on sales performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance requirements

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and remotely - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events
