To strengthen our team we are now looking for a sales consultant for B2B new partner acquisition!
Responsibilities:
- Sale the opportunity to Franchise Eyemazy to potential business partners
- Actively seek out and engage potential franchisees through targeted outreach participation in networking events and attendance at industry conferences.
- Acquire and communicate with candidates
- Conduct indepth market research to identify potential franchise opportunities within the designated region.
- Lead negotiations with potential franchisees ensuring the establishment of mutually beneficial agreements aligned with the companys goals and standards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge the success of franchise operations.
- Provide regular reports to management offering insights into the efficacy of business development strategies and suggesting areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in English language is a must (multilingual is a plus)
- Demonstrated experience in B2B franchise development or a comparable role within the franchise industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
