Remote Business Development Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and hardworking Remote Business Development Associate to join our team at Avis Budget Group in Dubai. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and fostering relationships with clients remotely.

Responsibilities: - Identify potential business opportunities and generate leads through research and outreach efforts - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify areas for growth and improvement - Provide regular reports on sales performance and client interactions

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones
