Job Description:

Quanta Services is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Associate to join our team in Dubai. This entry-level position offers a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in business development.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets - Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders - Assist in creating business proposals and presentations - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for business growth - Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services - Keep abreast of industry trends and competitive developments - Provide administrative support to the business development team as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1 year of experience in business development or a similar role is preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Confidence to interact with clients and make business decisions - Ability to work well in a team and independently - Excellent research and analytical skills
