Jumeirah Group, a renowned hospitality company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a part-time Business Development Associate to work remotely. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in business development or related fields. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the company's growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities - Reach out to potential clients through various channels such as email, phone calls, and networking events - Present company products and services to potential clients in a compelling manner - Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of leads and opportunities - Track and report on sales performance and key metrics - Provide feedback to the management team on market trends and competitor activities

Requirements: - Resourceful and reliable personality traits - Excellent people management and persuasion skills - 1+ year of experience in business development or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
