The Product Operations Manager role is a mid-level role reporting to the Portfolio Manager. The role is key in enabling the product team to operate efficiently and deliver value at scale. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to optimize processes, manage tools and data, and ensure alignment across teams to support successful product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline and manage product development processes and workflows
• Collaborate with product managers to define and track key performance metrics
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches
• Maintain and improve tools and systems used by the product team.
• Analyze data to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Support go-to-market strategies and product rollout plans.
