1:1 EYFS Teaching Assistant

Randstad Education is working with two primary schools in Huyton to recruit dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants for EYFS pupils. This term-time position offers the chance to provide personalized support, with the potential for a permanent role.

• Provide tailored one-to-one support to EYFS pupils, helping them reach key developmental milestones.
• Assist children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) or developmental delays in a supportive environment.
• Support the delivery of engaging lessons and activities aligned with the EYFS curriculum.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning atmosphere.
• Promote positive behavior and encourage social development.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to support student progress.
