Are you passionate about supporting young children in their early years?

Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated Level 3-qualified Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support in an Early Years setting at a welcoming primary school in Prescot. This role is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a child's learning and development while progressing in your education career.

As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant in Early Years, you will:

• Provide tailored support to help a child engage and thrive in the classroom.
• Assist the teacher in delivering engaging and structured activities.
• Create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Work collaboratively with the SENCO, teachers, and parents to monitor progress and implement strategies.
• Encourage social and emotional development through positive interactions.

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare.
• Experience in a UK primary school setting (UK experience is essential).
• Strong understanding of early childhood development and SEN support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM.

• Competitive pay - £85-£90 per day (based on experience).
