1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant - Long-Term Role in Alternative Provision (North Manchester) ??

Aspire People are working with a secondary school in North Manchester that is seeking a strong and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant for a long-term role in their alternative provision within a mainstream school. This position involves providing 1:1 support to students with SEMH, ADHD, and challenging behaviour.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient and patient individual who can build trust and positive relationships with students, helping them engage with their education and reach their full potential.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
? School-based experience working with SEN students
? Experience supporting students with SEMH, ADHD, and challenging behaviour
? A DBS on the Update Service and the ability to provide references from the last 2 years
? A patient, resilient, and proactive approach
? The ability to build strong relationships and trust with students
