1:1 Teaching Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized support to a primary school student, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.
• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help with classroom activities, including reading, writing, and numeracy tasks.
• Foster a supportive and encouraging atmosphere to boost the student's confidence and academic progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting.
• A patient, empathetic, and nurturing approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or childcare (preferred).
