? About the Role
As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Provide tailored support to a specific pupil with additional learning needs
• Work closely with class teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans
• Foster a positive and encouraging relationship to help the pupil engage and progress
• Support emotional regulation and social development
• Assist with classroom activities and transitions to ensure inclusion

?? What We're Looking For

• A caring, empathetic, and patient approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience supporting children with SEND or additional needs is highly desirable
• A relevant Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification is an advantage, but not essential
