Job Description - 141008 - Content Marketing Manager

Content Marketing Manager

Location: London, UK
Length: 9 Months
Start Date: 18/08/2025
Rate: £368.64 - £409.56 daily (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 Hours per week

Role Overview:
This role will be within the Audience Development Team EUANZ, whose remit is to grow consideration and streams of clients Music. The candidate will work leverage artists and content to develop marketing campaigns across paid-media and owned-channels that connect with fans to drive goals. The team is at an inflection point needing to rapidly scale campaigns across EUANZ, for which additional capacity is required.

The role is highly cross-functional, requiring the candidate to earn trust rapidly and deliver in an autonomous manner. The role is focused on campaign coordination, working with: - music industry stakeholders to source campaign material (assets, permissions, licensing, etc.), - creative teams to ideate and develop bar-raising campaign assets, - channel teams to coordinate paid/owned media planning, The candidate will be embedded within the EUANZ team which is spread across London and Munich. The role is based in our client’s London corporate office (LHR16), 5 days/week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the lead project manager for content programs, helping to build and launch campaigns across multiple owned and operated channels
  • like email, push and on-site merchandising.
  • Manage creative asset and media plan development, trafficking, and general facilitation
  • Collect post-campaign data for analysis purposes
  • Leverage post-campaign data to help develop and document key learnings, best practices and strategies; build playbooks that can be
  • leveraged across global teams and to inform new programs
  • Excellent attention to detail and project management skills

Qualifications & Experience:
  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
