Role Overview
Our client is looking for a highly organized and proactive Creative Producer to join their creative production team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in Production, who’s ready to step into a broader, more dynamic role requiring dual
skillsets comprised of both producer and project management.
Working closely with the internal creative team, external agencies, and production partners, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of ad-hoc requests that come into the team. From assessing the brief through to final delivery. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy juggling multiple projects, and are excited by the idea of a hands-on role with a broad range of creative projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Skills & Experience
Must have Skills:

• 3-5 years’ experience in project coordination, production, and/or creative operations—ideally in a marketing or agency environment.
• Proven hands-on experience supporting photo or video shoots and working across creative production processes.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with a confident approach to managing timelines and working with multiple stakeholders.
• An agile, solutions-focused mindset—comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Willingness to travel for international shoots.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com)
• Familiarity with asset management systems.

Good to have Skills:

• Experience working in a creative agency or in-house studio team.
• Experience working in Employer Brand.
• Experience working with creative strategy.
• Knowledge of budgeting or vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with digital marketing or social media campaign production.
