Job Description - 142185 - Marketing Analyst

Marketing Analyst

Location: London, UK
Length: 7 months
Start date: Asap
Rate: £277.12 - £307.94 per day (Inside IR35)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Overview of Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist who will be instrumental in assessing risk and ensuring marketing activities drive the
required business outcomes through data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of their work,
demonstrate the ability to thoroughly investigate complex problems, and take swift action to drive solutions forward. This role
will focus on producing actionable insights that align marketing activation with business needs and market conditions, utilizing
various tools and analytics to optimize our recruitment marketing efforts Globally.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of marketing performance data and market trends
Collaborate proactively with Global team members across NA, EU, and JP regions
Drive stakeholder relationships and engage in strategic discussions
Monitor weekly performance and take initiative to suggest optimization opportunities
Work with and help improve automated marketing systems
Create and present data-driven recommendations to key stakeholders

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field · 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or related field
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects from inception to completion
History of taking initiative and driving results in fast-paced environments
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana)
Understanding of recruitment marketing or employer branding
Experience working with global teams · and SQL
