Our client is seeking a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide professional, efficient, and responsive customer service and technical support. This role offers the opportunity to work with a collaborative team whilst delivering excellent customer service through various communication channels.
Main Purpose Our client's team needs a dedicated professional to provide first-line technical support and exceptional customer service. You'll be the first point of contact for users experiencing technical issues, ensuring efficient ticket logging and resolution within agreed Service Level Agreements.
