1st Line Technical Support

3 x Temp - First Line Customer/IT Support - DONCASTER

Starting ASAP - 3 to 4 months ongoing
Salary - £26,000

Shifts: 6am - 2pm OR 12pm - 8pm
Fully based on site - parking available

Elevation Recruitment are exclusively working with a fantastic business based in Doncaster who are looking to recruit 3 x 1st Line Customer/IT Support individuals.

Main Duties will include:

- Supporting the setup of the service desk function
- Support IT requests via phone and email
- Work with a ticket system to help troubleshoot and resolve customer problems
- Assist with password resets and application support
- Follow up with end users to ensure service has been at the right level
- Assist with system updates
- Escalate more complex queries to 2nd or 3rd line support

You must have previous experience of working within a similar role previously as they need individuals who can hit the round running. This could be in IT Support, IT helpdesk or technical support.

You must be competent at speaking to customers over the phone and on email and be able to handle complex queries whilst showing empathy.

The role is based across two shift patterns, ideally you will be able to work either shift so as to cover during holidays and peak season.

They are paying a salary of £26k per annum which equates to £13.50 per hour, paid weekly via the agency.
