We are seeking a flexible, proactive 1st Line WAN PKI Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Your main responsibility will be managing PKI CA certificate renewals, with opportunities for growth and development in general 1st line network support and impact assessments.

• Manage PKI CA certificate renewals with a high level of accuracy.
• Ensure a "right first time" approach in all tasks.
• Collaborate with internal teams, providing clear and confident communication.
• Participate in change management processes.
• Support the network team with basic troubleshooting and maintenance of routers, switches, and network topologies.
• Utilise CLI (Command Line Interface) for various technical tasks.

• Strong attention to detail with a “right first time” mindset.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a process-driven approach.
• Clear and confident communication skills.
• Familiarity with change management processes is advantageous.
• Basic understanding of networking, including routers, switches, and topologies.
• Experience with CLI (Command Line Interface) is beneficial.

• This is a fully on-site position in Birmingham.
• Standard working hours are from 8am to 4pm, subject to change based on operational requirements.
• Clearance Required: SC Cleared
