Job Description - 1st/2nd Line Service Desk, AD, JIRA, Windows

1st/2nd Line Service Desk, Desktop Support, M365, Win 11, AD, JIRA

IT Support Analyst required for a leading business based in Chippenham.

The successful candidate will have a background in 1st & 2nd line Desktop or Service Desk Support with excellent customer skills and ability to work well in a team.

This role will start fully on site with the ability to work from home later in the assignment.

Engagement is via umbrella company only.

Skills and experience required:-

  • Processing support tickets and triage
  • M365
  • Win 11
  • Active Directory
  • Joiners/leavers account creation/deletion
  • Troubleshoot software issues
  • Knowledge of JIRA essential
  • Applicaiotn Support
