Job Description - 1st/2nd Line Support

Role: 1st/2nd Line Support
Location: Amsterdam (Hybrid – 3 Days In-Office Weekly)
Salary: €50,000 - €58,000
Duration: 12 Month Fixed-Term
Network IT are looking for an exceptional 1st/2nd Line Support specialist to join an excellent organisation who are on a mission to make critical, fundamental change within significant organisations to improve their climate footprint.
Our client has a small, close-knit IT team to which they provide 1st/2nd Line Support to their users. They are looking for an experienced individual who has the right attitude with fantastic experience in a 1st/2nd line role who will be given great development/learning opportunities.
Responsibilities

Support onboarding and resolve non-remote hardware issues.
Provide second-line support for complex software and hardware problems.
Diagnose root causes and implement long-term solutions.
Log tickets with clear troubleshooting and resolution details.
Work with internal and external teams to streamline support.
Assist in testing software updates and new features.
Deliver excellent customer service under pressure.

Experience

Skilled in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of Azure services, including Azure Active Directory, Role Based Access Control, and Azure Security Centre.
Experienced in licence management and software provisioning.
Familiar with MDM solutions for managing mobile devices.
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently and in team settings under pressure.
Relevant certifications highly desirable (CompTIA, Microsoft or ITIL)
