• Assist the Head of Department in developing and implementing a high-quality Science curriculum
• Support and mentor Science teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons
• Monitor and track student progress, implementing interventions where necessary
• Inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their best in Science
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning strategies within the department

• A committed and passionate 2nd in Charge of Science or experienced Science teacher ready for leadership
• A track record of excellent teaching with the ability to engage and inspire students
