2nd Line Application Support Analyst
Our prestigious client are seeking an experienced 2nd line Application Support Analyst to support the maintenance, analysis, and enhancement of business-critical applications.
We are seeking a skilled 2nd Line Application Support Analyst for a 3-month contract to provide advanced support for critical business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL skills and proven experience in incident triage, issue resolution, and escalation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 2nd line support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests.
Use SQL to investigate and resolve data-related issues.
Triage and prioritise incoming issues, ensuring accurate documentation and timely escalation when needed.
Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and 3rd line teams to resolve complex problems.
Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and end-users throughout the incident lifecycle.
This is an Umbrella only contract and requires 3 days per week on client site in Hampshire.
