Job Description - 2nd Line Engineer

Location - Abingdon

FTC - 30k

Position - 2nd Line Engineer

Essential:

Minimum of 2 years' IT experience in a corporate environment
Excellent knowledge in Windows 11 installation and configuration
Strong communication skills
Excellent troubleshooting and problem resolution skills
Able to work independently under pressure
Active Directory - User Creation/Groups
Lenovo, Dell Hardware experience
Administration of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Sharepoint, Exchange)
Audio Visual Systems
Quick learner with a natural interest to learn and continuously improve
