2nd Line Support - Device & Asset Management

Reed Professional Services is seeking an Audit Consultant 2nd Line Support Consultant to assist our client in auditing and updating their device asset management system. This role involves critical attention to detail and a hands-on approach to ensure accuracy in device data management.

• Audit all test devices and update their entries in the device asset manager to ensure all key information is captured accurately.
• Print and attach QR labels to each of the 1000 devices requiring updates.
• Manage the logistics of devices both onsite and offsite, ensuring accurate data storage in the asset management system.
• Utilize the newly adopted asset management software, E Z Office (EZO), to transition from manual barcode scanning to automated QR codes.
• Periodically test and migrate device data, verifying details like serial numbers, configuration names, model numbers, and asset numbers to ensure all information is current and correct.

• Prior experience with audit processes.
• Knowledge of device management and asset management.
• Proficient in administrative tasks with a critical attention to detail.
• Experience with data management and familiarity with E Z Office (EZO) software.
• Ability to quickly adapt and hit the ground running.
• Experience in testing is desirable.
• Background in media is advantageous but not essential.
