Job Title: ER/HR Advisor
Location: Watford
Rate: £17.95 per hour
Contract Details: Monday - Friday 9am-5.30pm, 5 days in the office. Three month temporary contract starting ASAP

• Handle complex and non-complex employee relations cases with expertise and care.
• Manage sickness and absence matters, ensuring compliance and support for all employees.
• Collaborate with various departments to promote a positive workplace culture.
• Provide guidance and advice to managers on HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct investigations and facilitate resolution processes efficiently.
