3rd Line Support Engineer

My client, are a Manufacturing Business, who are looking for a 3rd Line Engineer on an initial 6 month contract.

The role requires 3 Days a week on site in Pontefract and is OUTSIDE of IR35.
The role is paying £320 P/D

Skills and Experience

• Solid experience as a 3rd Line Support Engineer
• Able to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting ability across the following:
• Windows 10, 11 and Mac OS
• Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, VLANs, Managed WiFi, Firewalls and Routers)
• Microsoft 365 and Azure (including Intune and Mobile Device Management)
• Windows Server 2016+ (Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, SCCM, Backups, Hyper-V and VMWare)

The client are looking for this person to start at the beginning of April.
