Rate: £37.50 p/h (Inside IR35)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Client Solutions Manager (CSM) to join their UK Ecommerce team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on client platforms for our clients, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving business results

Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Meta platforms, including ad metrics, targeting, and optimization
Analyze data and provide actionable insights to drive business results
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
Stay up to date with industry trends and developments in digital media

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of experience in customer acquisition or marketing, with expertise in Ads
Proven track record of managing and optimizing advertising campaigns on client platforms, including expertise in ad metrics, targeting, and optimization
Data Analysis: Ability to analyse large datasets, deliver actionable insights, and turn data into strategies
Project Management: Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional projects with attention to detail, and manage complex work streams to optimize marketing objectives
5+ years of experience in managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns with a recent focus on client platforms, a strong background in ad metrics, targeting, and optimization.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects to optimize marketing objectives is highly desirable
A proven track record of delivering actionable insights and turning data into strategies to drive business results on client is also preferred.

Top 3 must have hard skills:

Client Ads experience is priority
Ability to analyse large datasets, deliver actionable insights, and turn data into strategies

Good to have skills

E-commerce experience
Experience with CRM software like salesforce
