Salary: Basic £14.23 per hour
             OT £21.35 per hour (after 48 hrs)
Full-Time, Ongoing
Day Shifts: Sunday – Thursday / Tuesday – Saturday
Start time 06:00 (12 hours shift)

Rapier Employment is currently seeking reliable, skilled, physically fit 7.5T Drivers to join us in Kettering. Our client is a well-established logistics company, recognized for its fast, reliable, and efficient delivery services across various industries.

Role Overview
As a 7.5T Driver, you will be responsible for delivering goods to customers on designated routes, ensuring timely and secure transportation. This role involves heavy lifting, loading, and unloading, so candidates must be physically capable of handling demanding tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a 7.5T vehicle and conduct routine vehicle checks
• Load, unload, and deliver goods in line with customer requirements
• Handle heavy lifting while adhering to proper safety protocols
• Maintain accurate delivery records and report any vehicle issues
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Follow all road safety regulations and company policies
• Work within tight schedules while maintaining high safety standards

Requirements

• Valid 7.5T (C1) driving license with a CPC qualification
• Minimum one year of experience driving 7.5T vehicles
• Physically fit, capable of lifting and handling heavy loads throughout the shift
• Strong understanding of road safety regulations and driving best practices
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and handle tasks proactively
