Media Manager, Large Customer Sales

Location: London, UK
Length: 12 Months
Rate: £ 48.08 p/h
Hours: 40 Hours per week

About the Role:
We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Client’s Large Customer Sales team. This role focuses on managing relationships with top-tier media agencies and clients, leading strategic branding partnerships, and driving revenue growth across platforms such as YouTube and Connected TV (CTV). You’ll work cross-functionally to develop innovative solutions, craft compelling sales narratives, and own customer success across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain trusted relationships with media agency influencers and clients
Develop and execute joint business plans aligned with customer objectives
Drive strategic sales initiatives and pitch high-impact solutions
Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance
Act as a liaison across internal teams and client organizations
Lead and contribute to regional initiatives and cross-market collaborations
Serve as the primary contact for product training, enhancements, and campaigns

Qualifications & Experience

5+ years in sales or business development
Proven success in TV or social media advertising
BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
Strong consultative sales approach and stakeholder management
Deep understanding of media agency structures and dynamics
Strategic planning, opportunity sizing, and data analysis
Competence with tools and platforms (YouTube, CTV, CRM systems)
