The Role
As a Science Academic Coach, you will work alongside science teachers to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will assist with the delivery of practical lessons, provide in-class support, and deliver focused 1-2-1 or small group intervention sessions aimed at boosting attainment in biology, chemistry, and physics. You will also help maintain lab equipment and support students in developing a deeper interest in science.

The Candidate
This role is ideal for a recent science graduate with a strong academic background and a keen interest in education. You should be confident, approachable, and motivated to support students in achieving their best. Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for science are essential. Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not required.
