As an Academic Mentor, you will be responsible for supporting students across KS3-KS5, with a focus on developing academics in group and individual interventions across a range of subjects. This role also involves aiding during lessons, helping students to complete their classwork and work towards individual learning targets.

JOB DETAILS

• Academic Mentor
• Monday - Friday, Term-Time only
• Permanent, Full-Time contract - £26,600 per annum
• September 2025 start
• Providing academic support to students across KS3-KS5
• Liaising with Class Teachers to help pupils achieve their learning targets
• Based in the Borough of Bromley

PERSON SPECIFICATION

• A confident, hardworking graduate with strong academics across the board, including a 1st Class/2:1 degree from a reputable university
• Previous experience providing academic support to young people
• A keen interest in working with young people and motivating the younger generation
• An individual looking to get stuck in from the start!
