Job Description - Account Coordinator

Procare Account Coordinator FTC 12 months

  • Location: Office 9am to 5pm FTC for a year office based for 6 months then some flexibility after the 6 months for home working.
  • Salary Range: 32, 500k
  • Job Type: Full-time

High Wycombe company looking for an Account Coordinator. This role is pivotal admin role related to renewals and new contracts, with a focus on maintaining high service levels and fostering long-standing customer relationships. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are keen on making a significant impact in sales and customer service, this position is for you.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Grow revenue for New & Renewal Support Maintenance Services Contracts based on targets.
  • Review and prepare bespoke quotations for renewals and new contracts, ensuring they meet service level agreements.
  • Actively follow up on engineering projects to secure new contracts.
  • Conduct site visits to secure new business and review service levels, aiming for continuous improvement.
  • Process all renewal and contract orders on EMS and SAGE.
  • Prepare and issue quotations for customer training and critical spares.
  • Provide billing updates to facilitate invoicing and identify potential upgrade project activities.

Estimating:

  • Prepare and issue quotations for potential system upgrades and additional works.
  • Manage the company’s EMS, ensuring accurate and updated sales project information.
  • Compile and distribute monthly reports detailing enquiries and collaborate on sales strategies.
  • Attend weekly estimating meetings to review opportunities and coordinate project handovers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong admin skills with a proven ability to meet revenue targets.
  • Technical aptitude or qualification, particularly useful during site visits and service reviews.
  • Analytical skills for tracking and analyzing customer satisfaction KPIs.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 and ERP systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
