Account Executive

This is a super role for an Account Executive to support the team on daily basis

This position is for a 12 month contract, with an opportunity to go permanent and promoted depending on personal performance

• You will have your own client base to manage on a daily basis with administration support, sending Emails, updating clients on promotions and any other business
• Manage contracts for clients and make sure all data entry is correctly input into system.
• Schedule meetings and manage accounts
• Liaise with credit control for client invoices and payments
• Follow up on client requests and queries in a professional manner and prioritise workload for your accounts.
• General administration for your clients, and Data Entry duties
• Strong teamwork, whilst being able to work unsupervised-You only need to go in once a week, however there will be 2 weeks training on the office
• Run weekly reports using company system
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent telephone manner-Professional and confident when dealing with clients
• Bonus offered with completion of KPIs
• Be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Confident with Team meetings
• IT Literate with EXCEL
• 9-5.30pm Mon-Thur and 9-5pm Fridays
• FREE parking
