Account Manager - Temp to Perm

As a Customer Account Manager you will be responsible for managing existing clients and their accounts, supporting them with any queries or concerns as well as generating brand new business.

This role will be fully office based in our client team in Southport and will be Mon - Fri. This role does offer an immediate start.

Our client is a well-respected family business within the industrial sector. With over 75 years in business they are looking for an experienced Customer Account Manager to join them on a temp to perm basis!

Description

As a Customer Account Manager you will:

• Managing and growing relationships with existing commercial clients by providing tailored solutions.
• Building strong client relationships, identifying business development opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact between the company and its commercial clients.
• Work closely with all internal teams to deliver exceptional service and strategic support to help clients meet their business objectives.
• General internal sales admin and paperwork.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

• Proven experience within sales, business development or account management.
• Strong commercial focus with a proven track record in managing clients, driving business growth, and networking.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team but also be a self-starter capable of working independently and taking the initiative.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with a major CRM system.
• Can commit to an initial temp role for 4 weeks.
