Accountant

Accountant role for a well established business.

Client Details

Large international business that is established in its field, requires an Accountant for initially 12 months. Working in a high performing team, this role also offers a strong chance of a long term opportunity.

Description

The role is undertaking accounting for revenue and sales and includes:

• Preparing the the P&L, Balance Sheet and other financial documents
• Review of the general ledger postings, ensuring in line with group policies
• Support the reporting, budgeting and forecasting process.
• Statutory reporting
• Line management of one report

Profile

You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent) and ideally have experience in an industry setting, with working knowledge of financial accounting principles (although candidates from a practice background may also be considered).

Proficient with Microsoft Office (particularly Excel) is also required, as well as excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

You will also be an excellent communicator with the ability to partner with various teams in the organisation.

Job Offer

The role offers a salary of circa £45,000 - £50,000, with excellent benefits and hybrid working.
