The Company
Certain Advantage are working on behalf of a diesel engine manufacturer. This is a corporation of complementary business units that design, manufacture, distribute and service engines and related technologies, including fuel systems, controls, air handling, filtration, emission solutions and electrical power generation systems

Key responsibilities Received

• Super user on SAP
• Analyses, records and reports accounting transactions in a timely manner.
• Prepares general ledger entries and account reconciliations.
• Responds to inquiries received from management, internal and external auditors, Sarbanes-Oxley audit group and others regarding financial results, special reporting requests, etc.
• Supports data clean up work for new system go live – data from GL, AP and Intercompany

Competencies

• Have the ability to investigate and resolve issues with short deadlines
• Strong communicate skills at different management levels with confidence
• Build relationships with stakeholders to drive the desired results
• Finance Analysis – able to interpret financial information

Qualification

• IMA - ACA or Part Qualified
