Accounts Administrator

If you are studying your AAT; or recently completed your BSc/ BA/ MA/ MSc in Accounting & Finance (or equivalent); and have some office experience/ data entry/ accounts administration, we really would love to hear from you.
The company are well-established national business with a local and head office here in Northampton. The office is in an easy location to get to for a non-driver (there is plenty of parking on site if you are a driver).
The team will consist of you (as an Accounts Administrator); 6 other Accounts Administrators and the Purchase Ledger Manager; within a wider finance team of 20.

Accounts Administrator –Purchase Ledger job duties include: 

• Data entry
• Purchase ledger invoicing
• Allocating PO’s to invoices
• Setting up PO’s onto the system
• Reconciliations
• Working on ERP accounting system
• Bank reconciliations
• Dealing with queries

Person:
• Studying towards an AAT/ Accounting & Finance BA/ BSc MA/ MSc Graduate (or equivalent)
• This vacancy will be office based; you must be able to get to the office in Northampton in office hours every day.
