Accounts and Personal Assistant

I am currently recruiting for a lovely company that are looking for someone who has come from an accounting background and enjoys finances, but also enjoys a varied role so helping arrange events, managing projects and is someone who is both commercially and finance minded and has PA/Events or Project Management experience.

This is a temporary role which does have the potential for the right person to become permanent.

Daily duties

• You will be working closely with the team managing projects with financial input, invoicing, thinking commercially to add value and support.
• Arranging travel, supporting large projects and getting quotes.
• Supporting arranging events, looking at costs and the best value and ensuring everything goes to plan.

You will be someone from a finance/accounts background who has good commercial acumen, is highly organised and structured and has experience arranging travel and events. You will also need to be a driver due to location.
