New Temporary Position seeking an Accounts Assistant 1 day per week for a Not for Profit Business in Farnham

Description

Process cheque and online donations, and maintain up-to-date supporter details in the CRM database

Keep weekly financial records in Excel

Export month-end reports from the database, prepare and reconcile the monthly bookkeeping sheets in Excel, which are sent to the Accountant

Maintain Gift Aid records and submit monthly Gift Aid returns via the database

Prepare and send supporter letters, emails and distribute publicity material in response to requests

General office duties, including scanning, photocopying and filing

Be available in the office on agreed days/times and on occasional irregular days when required (for deliveries, maintenance, meetings and to cover the Administrator's absence)

As necessary, assist with meetings (in person or via video conference)

Experience within an Accountancy / Finance Environment

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience in the above and be on short notice

Job Offer

Accounts Assistant 1 day per week

Salary £17 - £20 per hour

1 Day in the office every other week

5-8 hours per day working from home every other week
